Ann Lois Romney is an American author, philanthropist and writer. She is married to the politician and businessman Senator Mitt Romney, who hails from Utah. Romney worked from 2003 until 2007 as first lady of Massachusetts, while her husband was Governor. One of the branches of Romneys reside within the Mormon colony in Mexico. The Romneys emigrated from Dalton-in-Furness to England in 1840. He was the father of Mitt Romney, former governor of Massachusetts and the 2012 Republican presidential candidate who now is a United States senator from Utah and is the husband of U.S. Senate candidate Lenore Romney. He is also the paternal grandfather of current Republican National Committee chair Ronna McDaniel. Mitt is the 3rd U.S. Presidential candidate from the Mormon religion to be on the verge in securing a political nod from the party. Ann Lois Romney is an American writer and philanthropist. She was born Ann Lois Davies on April 16 in 1949. Mitt Romney, a politician and businessman who hails from Utah, was her husband. Romney's daughter Ronna Romney McDaniel follows her mother's career into politics. Romney McDaniel is the Chairman of the Republican National Committee and has worked as the Michigan RNC Committeewoman Chair and a member of the Michigan Republican Party and a delegate for Donald Trump at the 2016 Republican National Convention. Ann Magnuson is an American actress performance artist and nightclub performer. The New York Times described her as an adorable theatre chameleon that has several characters, similar to Lily Tomlin.
