Paula Patton (born in 1960) is an American actor. She has also produced films such as Mission: Impossible: Ghost Protocol. Growing up with her family in Los Angeles with a middle-class mother, the actress had plenty of goals. Her mother enjoyed watching films and encouraged a love of movies in her daughter and also. Paula was active with her school's cocurricular activities and particularly awed by the dramatic arts. She enjoyed acting in stage plays along with her peers. She performed in numerous productions at her high school Hamilton Magnet Arts High School and decided to pursue acting as a career. She was part of at the University of Southern Calif's summer camp, and loved it immensely. She won a three-month assignment making documentaries for PBS. Once she had completed the task well, she was able to begin working as an assistant for television documentary production. Then she began producing documentaries. The work was enjoyable however, she always wanted to be an actor. in the film romantic comedy Hitch she starred in a minor role alongside Will Smith. Since then, she has played in numerous popular films and TV programs.
