
Lowell was introduced to acting by the film Dangerously Close followed by a tiny role in the Robin Williams film Club Paradise. She also had roles co-starring alongside Bond girl Pam Bouvier, in the James Bond movie Licence to Kill (1989) as well as Assistant District Attorney Jamie Ross, in 1996.
